ToDo

I decided to start a to do list: I will turn some of these into articles/tutorials when I complete them.

1) fix the TinyMCE view to match the rest of the layout. (it may have lost the css link when I moved the CakePHP app to the root directory.) Well kinda.... I forgot I started to create themes and reverted the TinyMCE layout to a generic Cake CSS so I changed the css to "layout" which is just the base (incomplete) - That creates a new todo (1a)

 

1a) Make the TinyMCE css change to the css of the selected theme. - This begins the thought of creating a UI system to configure the look and feel of the site. A configuration model? What would the properties and methods be? I need a new list. I have considered using a UML to do this before but have not found the time

 

2) Complete the media and file browser/upload  plugin. Well again, kinda.... After a second look, it works fine for me. It may not be ready for "consumer" level, but it's priority will remain low for now. - This will definately be an article / Tutorial when I get around to it ;-)

 

3)Install the comment plugin.

 

4) Create a "link" section with links to the things I am interested in starting with all the things I used to build this site.

 

5) Write the code to check for the access level of content.

 

6) Write one example for each section.

 

6a) Arrange the default view and menu to accomodate all sections.

 

OK I will leave this list here (and strike the finished ones), but I have moved the list to a dotProject installation to help not only with a "todo" list but to plan and track my progress and time spent.
